It’s hard to describe the creative costumes, colorful tents, strenuous paddling, delicious food and fun all set against the backdrop of the gorgeous Ashley River. You just got to see it! So, come on out for a crazy day of fun on the Ashley River with friends, family and co-workers.

As the founder and CEO of 7FigureDestinyLLC, I was honored and humbled to participate in such a noble cause with such incredible people. I thought that I would share my post with our 7FigureDestinyNationers in all 39 countries.

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the absolutely amazing people I was fortunate enough to share a Dragon Boat, a lot of laughs, a weird dance and a ESPN SportsCenter-worthy comeback with this past Saturday at the 8th Annual Charleston Dragon Boat Festival! The Charleston Dragon Boat Association did a phenomenal job organizing an amazing fundraising opportunity for the bravest among us, those who faced and won the battle for their health. A huge thank you to the “best thing since sliced bread”, Wendy Olsen Tucker and an awesome individual in Katie Chapman for putting together a phenomenal group of people in one boat. And THAT boat was filled with the sheer grit and determination of 26 of the spunkiest, high energy, absolutely big hearted and just all around amazing people I’ve ever met! #CAA Charleston Apartment Association seriously gathered the “cream of the crop” and I am thankful to every last one of the #PineappleExpress for allowing a novice like myself to be surrounded with such great hearts and smiles. It was truly one of the most memorable moments in my life. We made a difference. We made a vision happen and I believe we made some good friends.  For this, I am grateful.
(And we spanked that last race!!!!!! Doing the dance!)”
